Reviews from our guests
We stayed at the CenterWay while in the area to visit Niagara Falls. Staying a little further out was budget friendly for us. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than we expected for a budget motel. We wouldn't have wanted to spend a week there, but for 1 night for a comfortable place to sleep, it fit the bill.
Stayed July 2016, traveled as a croup
The check in was very quick although there was a small queue. Room was okay, good value of money. Room was very quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful, when we asked for direction of the restaurants nearby, she gave us a list of the nearby shops/malls/restaurants, with very clear direction and nicely categorized.
The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. Price is good. As a family with a new-born 4 months old, we pretty much need everything - microwave, boiling hot water, ice, storage.. these are all very accessible even though they are not in your room. Perfect hotel experience for those who are on budget :)
We thought it would be easy to find a reasonable hotel in the Buffalo/|Niagara Falls area for our shopping trip but we were mistaken. All the hotels, good ones and flea-bag dives were either sold out or ripping off their customers. We were pleasantly surprised when this hotel had clean rooms, excellent customer service, and a very nice continental breakfast. It also has FREE local and LONG-Distance calls to Canada!!
“Good value in the expensive Bufffalo/Niagara Falls area...”
This hotel is clean, quiet and fairly priced. Employees are friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms are quite small but have fair sized bathrooms. Bed and bath linens are somewhat worn but clean and fresh. The bed could be more comfortable. The wall unit heated and cooled quietly and quickly. The breakfast room is spotless. The breakfast itself is very basic. However, the rolls, bagels and cereals are fresh and good quality. The I-290 is nearby and gives good access to the Western New York/Southern Ontario region. Travelers not familiar with the area may have difficulty finding this motel. No pets (and their barking, biting and odors) allowed. There are many dirty and dreary budget motels in the area. This is not one of them.
