Hotel Policies

 

Children and extra beds:

  • One child under 6 years of age stays free of charge when using existing bed.

       There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

       The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3.

       The room can accomodate 2 Adults and 1 Child

Cancellation:

  • FREE cancellation. If canceled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Call 1-800-283-3899  obtain a cancellation number and retain for your records.
  • If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

 

 

Taxes and service charges:

  • 13.75 % TAX is excluded. A city tax is not applicable, USD 1 service charge per night is excluded.
Guaranteed Reservation:  

    • If you guaranteed your room with a credit card, it will be held for you until midnight of the date of arrival, if you did not register the room will be charged to the credit card provided as a “no-show” and the room will be released.

      If you are going to arrive after midnight, call on the date of the reservation to reconfirm your arrival, the room(s) will then be held as per reservation.

  • If the credit card provided is invalid or as insufficient funds to cover the first night room charges, the reservation will be dropped from the arrival list. And no room(s) will be held.
